Make sure the floor has been dried after any liquid has been spilt.
Tables & Chairs

Make sure all chairs are tucked in and tables are highlighted.
Electrical equipment
Being electrocuted

Only use the electrical equipment when needed and make sure it isn’t faulty.
Lights
Burning on hot lights

Make sure the lights are turned off when not in use and make sure there is a caution sign.
Stone
Being struck by a stone at power

Have everyone behind the person throwing the stone.
Carpet
Tripping over the carpet and carpet burns

Be cautious and take extra notice.
Falling
Falling over in fight scenes

Make sure everybody in the scene is aware of falling over and make sure there is no hazard lying on the floor.
Clothing
Tripping over clothing

When people are changing clothes for different scenes, make sure there is someone delegated to putting the clothes in a safe place.
Alcohol
Throwing up and becoming ill

Try finding an alternative, which looks the same as whiskey.
